Yellow Heart Sanctuary

Yellow Heart Sanctuary is a hypothetical nonprofit organization that provides care to sick, injured,
and orphaned native wildlife and retired show animals throughout the East Coast of the United States.
Their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and release these animals back into their natural environment
and provide for those that can’t.
This brand was created in collaboration with my colleague, Paige Manley.

The Ideation
The entire brand was sparked by one idea. We wanted to give patrons an incentive to donate and give people a reason to volunteer. So we created our Wildlife Warrior Campaign.
When patrons volunteer or donate to the sanctuary, they become what we call a Wildlife Warrior. All Wildlife Warriors receive their honorary Yellow Heart, a badge of honor that symbolizes their contribution to the animals.
